In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "777fh," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 777fh gaming platform, its operators, licensees, affiliates, and service providers operating the website at 777fh.net.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777fh platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on 777fh.

5. Single Account: You may not hold more than one 777fh Account at any time. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances in excess of deposits.

To access real-money 777fh Services, a Player must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC)
• Valid Pakistani CNIC number
• Date of birth (confirming you are aged 21 or over)

You agree that all registration information provided to 777fh is truthful and accurate. 777fh reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777fh login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 777fh will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must notify 777fh support immediately via the contact details provided on this site.

In accordance with its international gaming license obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements, 777fh requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before real-money withdrawals are processed.

KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph of both sides of your valid Pakistani CNIC
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 24 hours. 777fh reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending successful KYC verification. Deposits may be made prior to KYC completion, but will be held until verification is approved.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds. 777fh reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on deposits that are unusually large or otherwise inconsistent with a Player's typical usage patterns, which may require additional documentation under AML obligations.

Withdrawals from your 777fh Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals are only processed to KYC-verified accounts. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC verification will have withdrawal processing held until verification is approved.
• Payment Method Match: Withdrawal payments are made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible. This is a standard AML requirement. Exceptions require additional verification.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. No maximum withdrawal limit applies to verified accounts, though unusually large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced processing checks.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully registered and KYC-verified 777fh Account, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the offer expressly states multiple claims are permitted.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet within your Account and are used after your Real Money Balance reaches zero, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) — the total amount you must wager before bonus winnings become available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in each offer and are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30× the bonus amount).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

777fh reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering volume, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or exploiting promotional errors.

All sports bets placed on 777fh are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: 777fh reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or on events where the outcome has already been determined.
• Odds: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are fixed once the bet is confirmed. In-play odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmation — the odds accepted are those displayed at the time of bet submission.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where events are cancelled, postponed beyond 72 hours, or where the market is determined to have been offered in error. Void bets are refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• PSL and Cricket Specific: 777fh's cricket sportsbook covers PSL, T20 World Cup, Test matches, and all major international fixtures. PSL-specific rules regarding rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis calculations, and match abandonment are published separately within the sportsbook interface.

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the 777fh platform in a manner not intended for standard human use

777fh is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are in place for all 777fh Account holders:

Self-Management Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the increase request is made.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure reminders that notify them when they have been actively playing for a set period — hourly, or at any custom interval.
• Cooling-Off Period: A cooling-off period closes a Player's Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). The Account may be reopened after the period expires upon the Player's own request.
• Self-Exclusion: A self-exclusion permanently or semi-permanently closes a Player's Account. 777fh self-exclusions of 6 months or more cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irreversible.

All content on the 777fh platform — including but not limited to the 777fh brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, original game titles (including Bingo Adventure and Crazy 777), promotional materials, data, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777fh or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777fh platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 777fh content without express written permission
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any 777fh software
• Using the 777fh name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without a formal written licensing agreement
• Framing, scraping, or data-mining the 777fh platform without authorisation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 777fh is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
• 777fh's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.
• 777fh does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily suspend access to some or all Services. 777fh is not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime.
• 777fh is not responsible for telecommunications, internet, or device failures that affect a Player's access to the platform or the outcome of a gaming session.

777fh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• 777fh has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Regulatory or licensing requirements compel 777fh to restrict access for Players in certain jurisdictions
• A Player requests voluntary account closure or self-exclusion

Upon account closure for reasons of breach or fraud, 777fh reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Real money deposits net of any identified fraudulent winnings will be returned to the Player's verified payment method at 777fh's discretion.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 777fh support. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's verified payment method within standard processing times. A voluntarily closed Account may be reopened upon the Player's request, unless the closure was associated with a self-exclusion period.

777fh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777fh holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, Players consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 777fh platform.

Dispute Resolution Process
